Customer Reviews
Good product, helpful support
I ordered the Standard Dog Grass Toilet and a subscription for the Fresh Grass Patch Replacement. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took about 4 days for the initial setup to arrive, which was fine. The grass toilet itself is sturdy and the grass patches arrive fresh and green. My puppy took to it surprisingly well after a few days. I had a question about pausing my subscription and customer service responded quickly and clearly via email. The quality of the grass is consistent each time. It really has simplified apartment potty training for us. Overall, a solid product and good service.
Mostly good experience
I bought the Indoor Puppy Potty. The product itself is well-made and the grass arrived in good condition. My puppy adapted to it faster than I expected, which was a huge plus. Delivery took about 5 business days, which felt a tiny bit long but was within their stated window. I did notice the grass started to yellow slightly after about a week, even with proper care, so replacing it frequently is definitely key. Overall, it's a solid solution for apartment living, just be prepared for the grass's lifespan.
Super easy to use
Got the Balcony Dog Toilet for my little guy, figuring it would be easier than running downstairs in the middle of the night. It showed up pretty quick, maybe 3-4 days to reach me in California. Set it up on the balcony, and honestly, it was no fuss. The grass was nice and green. My doggo sniffed it out and used it right away, which was a relief. Super handy, and it doesn't smell bad at all. Pretty happy with it.
Great value for puppy training
I was looking for a cost-effective way to train my new puppy in our small apartment. I saw CityDoggo offered a first order discount on their subscription. I got the Puppy House Training Kit and signed up for the grass delivery. The discount made it really affordable to get started. The kit had everything I needed, and the ongoing grass patches are a good price compared to buying individual ones. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth and my puppy is doing great with it.

I live in Miami, how fast do these usually ship? Need it kinda quick for my new rescue.
Does anyone know if that first order discount applies to the subscription boxes? Wanna save some cash but also set up regular deliveries.
Has anyone compared this to Piddle Patch? Trying to decide which one to go with for my apartment balcony.
Is this City Doggo thing actual real grass? Or is it like that fake stuff that smells awful after a day?
Hey, thinking of getting one of these for my new puppy. How long does the grass typically last before it gets all gross?
